eurovox maxV

help please

my sons mate has a eurovox maxV it has a bad signal on all channels even fta channels, i've hooked it up to my cable done a power scan but no difference and my signal is perfect.

anyone any ideas what i can do to fix the problem please be gentle with me i've never done one of these boxs before.

does that mean the the box ~~~~ed or canyou buy replacement tuners
