when I formatted the usb pen it gave me a folder called AliDvr, do i put the new firmware in here or on the root of the usb pen.

Put the firmware on the roote of the drive, not in the folder.

yeh i got same probs channels have dissapeared on mine last night theres a usb pen on e bay with all the needed software to install for all eurovox models and its cheap

Hi does anyone know if the Basildon/Laindon area (Essex) has been affected yet by Nagra3? I am planning on buying the Eurovox EX1100 box but only if I am going to actually get some good use out of it.

hi mate i wouldnt go buying that box ,other more usefull boxes out there,if nag3 aint in that area yet,it soon will be

Could you please suggest some boxes I could consider if I want a box that has a decent speed, good functionality with EPG, time shift, recording etc...

Is recording any different with USB vs internal HDD - I would prefer USB as it means I can take it away with me easily, unless there are draw backs of doing this?

I would also like to be able to connect my pc up to the box so I can stream things directly to my TV via the box.

A final question, would you still consider buying a box at this time or wait until a real solution is found to Nagra3?

I have just stupidly purchased the above box from mycablebox.com and most of the channels are scrambled. Can anyone suggest a method of fixing this problem?eurovox ex1100 usb

is there anyway to stop the "slot 1 card in, slot 0 card out" message that appears on screen?
