I live in an apartment block and have split my signal 3 ways, to add the eurovox.
All been working fine until this week and then the cable modem stopped working and the return path on the Virgin + HD stopped working. I worked out this is because the signal was by putting back on the 2 splitter.
Have phoned Virgin to ask if my signal can be boosted and they are sending engineer tomorrow. I did find that at some points with just the normal virgin box and cable modem on the 2 way splitter, the online flashes on the Virgin + HD box, so perhaps the signal has been reduced recently?
Obviously I have put the Eurovox away before the egineer visits. Do I just ask him to try and turn the signal up, or is that not possible?
