    eurovox max green lock light

Hi, was hoping someone could guide me. I have had my box for 2 years without problems. However, yesterday the green lock light came on the box and I am unable to use the remote control at all. I'm able to change channel and volume manually but nothing else. Is there a way to fix it?

I don't know much about this area and had never noticed the light. The remote does not appear to be flashing. Does this mean it is broken? Thank you for your advice.
