EX7000 - Channel Info

Anybody got any ideas, potential fixes, or locations of, to speed up the downloading of the epg data in the channel lists, some ok some seem to take ages and some don't download the information at all (shows 'no info')??
Much appreciated if anyone has any info, fixes or tweaks.
PS: firmware verson 21-09-09 installed.

I am in an ex c+w area and have full epg info and have all channels stored in my own named favorites. I am running the 12.03.09 firmware and it is fine for me, the beta firmware kept crashing the box and mixing up the stored favorites. I think people in pure ntell areas are having problems with epg which the beta firmware has not resolved.
