This afternoon was watching tv and all of a sudden the channels went off saying no signal bad signal its done this before but came back on but this is doing it still now do i need to rescan or should i just leave it and it might come back on or has the keys gone again can anyone help me please.

Hi m8, if you have the latest firmware installed then the ke*s will auto-update. Some of my channels show the no/or bad signal but after only a little while the picture comes through.
If your channels have been off for a long time, then try re-scan first and if still no channels then ke*s have changed.

Hi ive got the update from when the keys rolled the last time think its about a yr ago since i updated it so not sure if they is anything else new as i have looked and dont see anymore new firmware think i will try a rescan but hoping that will work and its not the keys rolling again cheers for your help.

have you got another box you can try on the same feed if that box doesnt find all the channels then there is a fault with your connection

No im trying a scan now but not looking good i dont understand what the prob could be its been fine all this time must be the keys.

there is no signal all of a sudden thats why they have gone off im totally lost if anyone can help would me most appreceated.

Check the VM site m8, it may be a VM issue in your local area.

your not going to believe this the wire under the door wat had got caught on a nail just sorted it and signal back thanks for your help guys
