Eurovox ex1100 usb channel scrambled

Hi all, am newbie to this so please be patient. I have recently started enjoying the Ex1100 usb and i think all channels are fine, but i have a few channels which keep saying auto updating with a picture of a dish on it but then nothing happens and it just stays blank (black screen). Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

they may just be old freqs m8,try doing a factory reset and see if it gets rid of them.
menu, tools, factory settings then factory settings again and wipe the lot and rescan.

which channel? and which satellite?

Vermin got 47 transponders
assuming some premium channels missing

if you don't know what they are just delete them (you'll be non the wiser)
if you are missing specific channels then say which ones and peeps may be able to help you

Eurovox EX1100 USB - Channels scrambled

hi... i have just bought a Eurovox EX1100 USB which appears fine but 95% of the channels are scrambled and have a $ sign next to them. Can anyone give me an idiots (me) guide to veiwing ALL channels. THANKS vinny

gamer3000 if you do a power scan and turn off Fav Sort, Sayin u've put ur channels in order, u wont lose that order and will replace existing scrambled channels.vHope this helps.
As to vinny you need to download the firmware in the downloads section, actually read the red stickys... says sumit like ex1100 06 update! Tells u how to upload it in there too, many people ask

Yeh factory reset gets rid of everything!!

I'm getting the same issue, i'm going to try downloading the upgrade and see where that takes me. Is there a code I have to type in on the menu like some other boxes?
