eurovox 7000hd audio problem

Hi all, been using this box for a while with no problems. Today I found that some of the movie channels have a narrative audio. I tried to select english, but the only options I have on the audio on these channels is listed as unknown (both audio options same). I tried a factory reset and rescan, but still have this problem on these channels. Does anyone have any possible solutions? As far as I can tell it's only some movie channels that are affected.

my 7000 is doing it too mate,as is my dbox2 and my subscribed vermin box too,so its them mate not you.

Cheers shaboy, a mate has a starview with the same problem. He will be happy to know that it's not his box causing the problem , as am I.
