Sorting channels ourselfes on the computer? (EX1100-USB)

Don't mind me, I'm all new to this. I just want a simple way to sort ALL the channels on the computer (USB) and then finally put it on the box so it's sorted? I hope this makes sense? Please help!

Search and download "Voxer". This will let you download a list of all the channels on the box, edit and sort them on your PC, add them to your various fav lists and then upload them back to your box. You can save them for future use as well.

I don't think Voxer is any good when trying to edit a .udf file.

Download it from your box to your USB and transfer it to your PC so that you can edit it.

Press "Menu" on the remote control
                        Go to "Tools"
                        Go to "Upgrade By USB"
Go to "Upgrade Mode" scroll to and select "Dump ChannelData"
Press the red button on your remote and wait for the channels to dump

I've highlighted in red the important selections which you have to make, you need to insert a memory stick or external HD in to your USB as you need something to save the file on to. The memory stick or HD needs to be formatted to FAT32.

Follow the instructions above in post #12 and select "S/W" where I've said to select "Dump ChannelData".

You need to download the firmware and store it in the root of your USB stick or external HD. That basically means store it without putting it in a folder. If the firmware has been compressed then you'll need to extract it before installing it. Whatever you do, make sure that you don't switch off the power while you update the firmware on your box.
