lost itv channels

i have a eurovox ex 1000sl,im in merseyside,on v....n,i have lost itv,2 and 3 plus channel4,i have updated channels,but it keeps coming up with no or bad signal,will a factory reset and full channel scan solve this,many thanks.

yes do a reset & rescan that should solve it. iv had the same problem here in st helens, they even went off on my dbox which has never happened before but thats another tale..

mine has been like thta since monday , no itv but itv audio discp works , no channel four or channel 5 reflashed and still nothing is there any new software out for the max v 2008
