Eurovox 7000HD lost channels

I just lost most of my channels on my eurovox 7000HD and am left with the free channels only through virgin.

I'm getting the message 'scrambled channel' and even a rescan doesn't bring the channels back on.

Does anyone know how to rectify this?

i also have the same problem im getting only sky sports ..all other premium channels showing scrambled...anybody help me...im in london hounslow..ihave ex7000hd+ thanks

Hounslow has gone to nagra 3 which means very shortly you will only get channels 1 to 5.
there is no cure it is the end of the line
