adjusting channel start times

hi there i have a eurovox ex1000 and the channel start times are 1 hour in front could you please tell me how to correct this please

press menu go to config time settingstime zone will show gmt+1 change it to gmt+0 save&exit switch off mains turn back on all done hope this helps u.

i have the same prob with ex5100 went to menu - config-time settings changed the time and changed time zone settings thought i ad it sorrted but i was wrong. what i do know is that this the place 2 find out y some clever sod will av the answer
