Please can you help ex5100pvr no sky screen 2

Hello i am new to the forum and have been unable to resolve sky screen 2 i can not get it but receive all other channels perhaps some other ones i haven't noticed. i would appreciate if someone can help diagnose the problem and help resolve it.
i am using a ex 5100 pvr and firmware 16th jan 2009 as standard. thankyou for reading. I anxiously await any help or advice on this matter.

have you tried factory reseting your box m8 then rescanning it

yes i have tried factory reset and normal power scan and same problem.

do you have any splitter connections ,if so remove them and rescan,

is there anyone in your area who has the channel?
if so tell them to press the info button twice on the remote and make a note of the frequency .you can then manually scan that frequency by going to user installation in your menu and highlighting it .
