EX1000 SL lost sky screen 2

Hi I had to re-scan my box but sky screen 2 is missing I am in west mids and did a manual scan on freq 227.00 finds screen1 but not screen 2.is there anything else i could do to find it.Thaks in advance.

sky screen 2 change its name to the Sky christmas channel
