eurovox max distortion issue

I have a eurovox max blue box for the past few weeks its been distorting on all channels, have tried factory restore and scanned channels but same issue over and over..

do i need to update software? will this resolve the issues im having or is it something else? using direct feed into box. I am not picking up all the channels either

I have the same problem although i have a eurovox max v. Not sure which software i need to download to flash the box.

me too have the same issue, the funny thing is though when i plug the box into a different room the picture is fine and normal but in my living room most channels break up apart from few which are clear. singal quality is around 80% and done the usual re-flash and re-scan but same issue.

the only thing i can think of is the main splitter outside where the line comes in is faulty. planning on changning this, there isnt a new flash for the eurovox max yet as far as i am aware.

ok just tried this in another room.. and still experiencing distortion on all channels.. please help i have no clue what to do
