Sky Sports 1 & Box office Jumping

I have problems with my Sky Sports 1 channel in the dundee area if that helps? (Channel jumping) i belive i am not the only one. My feq is 491.000 i have changed this a few time to 491.025 etc but with no joy! Can anyone solve this problem for me as Sky sports 1 is one of my most watched channels. Many thanks

Try changing it to 491.750 also try a direct feed to the box no splitters.

direct feed no splitters not sure mate. I only have wire from feed to back of box scart to tv?
