for example .
have you only just bought the box,

Scrambled Channels

Hi, just this week bought Eurovox 5100 pvr and done the initial set up things and only getting normal BBC/ITV etc channels.

All other channels coming up scrambled.

Do i just need to get cable that connects the cable they provided with USB port and then download firmware?
