PLEASE HELP Teletext issue on Eurovox EX7000 HD

Hello Guys Just a quick one it might sound a bit petty but does anyone have problems with thier teletext on thier ex7000 hd box of where the pages freeze up on teletext or when you type in the number of a page you want to go to on teletext and nothing happens.Is this a common issue with teletext on the eurovoxs or is there any fix for it.

the ex7000 does teletext through VBI. This is essentially obsolete technology used for analogue CRT TVs, however it is still used to be compaitble with older TVs. My guess is since all all Vermin TV customers are digital, through the Vermin set top box, they don't support this anymore.
