hi my box has gone of i'm in wakefield but i have no new card yet and and normal vermin box works fine could any body near my area say how theres is and is it because i need new firmware or has anyone got latest codes please

try doing a factory reset on your box and see if any of them come back.

yes can confirm factory reset then full scan will do it

hi did a factory reset and then rescan and its back on for now. i'll be happy if it last through christmas for the kids(and me). thanks for your help . happy daysman u tonight

do a scan on 6887 rate worked for me

i did a factory reset and then a fast installation on my ex7000 with 6.887 symbol and now all good

Got a eurovox max today it lost all the channels and a factory reset did nothing, but yet my starview 5 is working fine any thoughts

make sure you are on the correct symbol rate m8 and remove any splitters and scan again.
