Just loaded the new firware and it's a great improvement (pure N*L).

• Fav's
• EPG - wow I've missed it

but if you in leeds or surrounding areas they you get nothing at all as we area in total darkness !!! sat here waiting for the lights to come back on !! but i no its not going to be anytime soon so not holding my breath

Hi there, just read your post. is the firmware you refer to the September one, or is this an even newer one? Only further down the page, someone says you now get ALL sky HD channels? is this right? even on cable. I get about five, but no more. just wanted to know. cheers

Does anyone know why my time is out to get the correct time i have to put it on gmt -1? also is it poss to rename the channels?

Hi mate, yes to get the correct time on a EX7000hd you need to have GMT off, set the time and save, don't ask me why, but with GMT on we are an hour out. ?

Daylight savings, you need to set that on or off too.

nobody says you get all the sky hd channels , I say you get all the "CABLE" HD channels

the new firmware is 3rd dec

The 3rd Dec firmware does not work in all areas and cocks the box up i.e freezing , slowing down etc.
IT DOES SAY PURE NTL THOUGH.
