1 Channel lost

I have lost 1 channel Sky movies action, any way to get back without re scan? any ideas

Find the frequency of the channel by pressing the info button.
Menu/ userscan/ highlight the frequency and scan it.
Thats on a EX7OOO.

It is still broadcasting.

You can still get the frequency when its scrambled.
Or are you saying that you have tried scanning and its still scrambled????

Yours might say manual scan instead of userscan??
