Seems to be a problem with my Eurovox max here in Leeds!
Tells me to insert SmartCard on all but Freeview channels.
My keys are spot on with the numbers on the Chatterbox toolbar.
Will we need new firmware here?

leeds has gone to a new encryption called nagravision3 m8 thats probably why u only get freeview channels, there is no fix for it yet and doesnt look like being. ive got 1 of these boxes and its ok, im in nottingham but they aint rolled out the new encryption here yet. the keys in the toolbar wont make any difference.

im in birmingham but its working fine although i do have sky sports xtra and sky sports 2 with no signal. Altough its been a week with this problem.

Birmingham oldbury no problems - only sky action but that's never worked for me

hope your tvs ok. what was its problem, bad week, depression or something else, be nice to know in case any one elses tv is not happy.

ah also noticed your eurovox has problems, they must of fell out, hope they made up.
