Had my eurovox for a while now and never had any problems with downloads before, but since the digital change over my box started losing channles. Now when scanning it doesn't pick up all the TP's. The only way i could get it to work was by putting an older software on it, the lastest firmware didn't have any effect, can anyone help?

are you using a splitter, if so scan box on direct feed that comes into house, then all should be good.

No am not using a splitter seems to be only picking up 6-9 tp's each time i scan it, deep scan only seems to duplicate the channels already found!

if you know someone who has one working, scan yours there, if ok, it must be your cables, or even too high a signal.

In the merseyside area, ive manged to sort it now looks like it was too high of a signal, downloaded the firmware without the 8% signal fix, thanks for the advice and help much appreciated!

Can anyone tell me if i'm doing something wrong. my laptop doesn't pick up my eurovox box. Am using a RS232 female lead to USB lead i got of the net and followed the instructions i got from one of the forums, but nothing happened?
