EX7000 Loader & Editor Crashing on windows 7 64bit

I have downloaded the EX7000 Loader & Editor 3 time and installed it 3 time on Windows 7 64bit
but it just says ( STBM MFC Application has stopped working)
and i needs to close

Anyone got any help with this

not sure if it makes a difference but its just the tbm file to flash mine
