ex1100 flashing on and off

hi i bought a ex1100 usb box, it was working fine until it started to keep switching itself on and off and a purple light appears on the lcd what should i do i

PLEASE HELP ITS DRIVING ME MAD!!

if the purple light is fixed on then you can reflash it using the serial cable method
if the purple light is flashing then I believe the psu has gone
