hi dk, i have tried to use the new firmware via the usb for the epg on my box which was going fine, now i have lost the lot, it just keeps saying no file in the yellow box, even tho i have it on my pen drive, any suggestions explained in easy terms on how to get me back up and running would be much appreciated

put your pen drive in your computer right click on the drive and select format ,select fat 32 and click format

back up and running, went back to the basics and fired it up thanks for the help guy's
