Hi all, ive had the new box for about a week now and everythings been fine, tried the remote this morning and when you press any buttons on the remote, it takes about 20 seconds for anything to come up on the screen. If i reboot the box it works fine for the first time and then goes back to snail pace. Changed the batteries a few times now. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry all! looks like it could have been a false alarm. Re scanned the channels and all seems to be ok, which to me points to a software problem and not the box or remote. Thanks anyway. -
If you go onto a PPV channel it can slow the speed down.
Put it on BBC turn the box off at the back, wait 30 seconds then turn it back on.

Thanks for the response Hob. I'm using the 3rd dec firmware, your explanation is a good fix, thinking back i was looking at the channels with no name not knowing they were ppv. I re scanned the channels. Yours is the better option.Thanks again.Comment
