ex6000sd channel update

got channels and sorted them out, but how do i do an update.
i know how to save current channels to usb stick, but if i want to update any channels that come available how do i do it with ex600sd.
as i cant find update channels in menu

I have just bought a EX6000 and having trouble flashing. Where do I get the downloads etc.
