Can someone help us out with some info on how to sort out the fav channels on my box tryed lastnight with no joy Many thanks

menu>channel>favourate manager>red btn sort>blue btn move, when you have moved it to where you want press ok. ps you might have to press the yellow btn unsort then the blue btn move

I've been trying to use the channel manager to assign FAV 1 -12 without sucess. Any ideas
