eurovox problem

hi 2 u all.im new 2 this purchased a eurovox1100 usb and put the firmware on but keep getting the slot 0 in/out and the box keeps freezing what can i do to stop this thanks.

use this one EX1100 EPG Fix 061109 in the downloads section, but make sure you do a factory default, you will find this in menu, then tools.

i had the same problem,
turn it off, by the mains , wait a min, turn it back on.
sorted, it worked 4 me any way
