eurovox maxv right fix ?

can anyone tell me if i am using wrong file , box is black & has 8 grill holes on top red box ? told box is 3 year old trying to sort for mate, loaded nov 08 red file, comes up not compatable any help please

Have you tried looking at the 3 pictures on the top sticky of the Eurovox thread or did you follow the link here Digital Kaos - Downloads - Eurovox...spot the difference
