Eurovox EX1100 USB Trouble

Hey guys, i got myself one of these box's today and i have tryed to install the channels on every single Bandwith setting.

I managed to get the box in wolverhampton, but with me living in stafford i am not sure how to do it, i have been using my parents box recently, but that was the model before this one i bought today, that box worked fine with no issues, I am not sure what to do with the box to get it to work and actually pick of the channels.. Help would be awesome.

i am sure that the symbol rate for your area is 6887 .
by the way have you flashed the box yet ,you dont say so in youe post.
