Eurovox ex7000 Poor signal?!

just purchased a ex7000 plugged in and scanned for channels only thing to come up is 64qam or something like that....after scanning looking at the bottom at the signal bar it bounces between 0% and 33% is this a problem with the box or is it vermin.,..my v-box has 58% signal and i have tried it directly onto the "live" feed no splitters.....still zero difference........cheers in advance

Hi m8 did you flash it with the latest firmware and scan the symbol rate for your area

when i recieved the box it had a usb drive that i had to plug in the back when switching it on it came up a error 61? or something...i rang the company i got it off and they said that is because the box already has the new firmware on....could this be the problem? firmware?

It looks like a signal problem with the cable and not the box, take the box to another address and test it there if it works there its the cable outside your house.

put the sept 21st firmware on it it should sort it out ?

tried putting the firmware download of of here still no joy but did stop the signal bouncing from 0-33 now stays at 10% no joy with channels though....think it maybe vermins wire as mr v-box picture is piss poor. thats for the help people
