Eurovox Ex1100usb channel sorting

Right, im new to this but i have had a eurovox ex1100 for a few weeks now flashed it everything is working fine i spent hours sorting my channels into favourites and order. then when the new firmware came out when i flashed it i lost all the channels obviously. iv seen there is a way on other boxes to "channel dump" or edit channels on a cdf file or something. can you do this on this box? also my box wont connect through the rs232 lead for some reason so i cant connect my box to pc anyway can u sort channels through the usb? any help would be much appreciated
