Latest is 1.1a,,it says it in the dnupman. on the top band.

hi, has anyone come across this message "no transponder to scan".i don't get any channel after power scan and when i press on update channel it gives me that message.
i thought my box was faulty. it got a replacement and nothing has changed.i can't wait to get going
