              It has already happened in certain parts of the country ie Leeds, Bradford area,and it is supposed that in the next few months the rest of the country will follow ...Virgin are able to do this via the new cards they are currently posting to everyone who subscribes to them ...the cards enable Virgin to disable any programs that you do not pay for via the eurovoxes etc ....if you do not subscribe to Virgin then you wont get a new card obviously,you will just lose everything except for a very few programs,that hardly anyone watches .....
