ex1100 loading new firmware problem HELP

Ive downloaded the new 17 dec ex1100 FW. I try to upgrade by usb and when i press start. It says not matched file do you still want to upgrade.
Then i press burn flash then the flashing fails.
I'm upgrading from the previous firmware.
Any ideas?

Has the failed flash bricked the box? If so, you can download the rs232 loader for ex1100usb Eurovox - Folder Shared from Box.net - Free Online File Storage and do the upgrade from your computer. You'll need a null modem rs232 serial cable (and perhaps a usb to serial adapter if your computer is too new to have a serial port).

You can then re-flash the box using the above. There are some forum topics on using the rs232 uploader for ex1100. The search facility will bring them up.
