remove commentary on films in eurovox 1000sl

Hi,Sometimes on movie channels,there is an audio commentary running through the film..on my max v I know how to remove the commentary but my sis has a 1000sl and I don't know how to get rid of the commentary,can anyone help out?

on my ex5000 pvr u press red button and choose the other audio option

should be same 1 of coloured buttons " prefably the red one"
it will say

2 English

1 of them is running com for blind people other is normall

cheers guys! it was the red button on the 1000.on my max v remote it is the language button.
