lost channels

Has been like this for a while now, but i cannot seem to get E4, Film 4 and all channels on that frequency. I am assuming that their frequency has simply changed. As such i have attempted a deep scan, however, it has been some time since i last did this. Does anyone have any good links for video tutorials???

(or a way to get E4 back)

i have had this a few times the best way (if you dont know the freq's ) is to do a factory reset then a deep scan please note that when you do a factory reset you will loose all your favs and will have to redo them. ps in pure ntl glasgow the freq for e4 and film 4 is 236.000

it wont do any harm but i am not sure if it is the same 1 for your area

I'm just doing the seep scan now, am taking it all the channels are at the higher end of the frequency scale as none are showing up at the moment

mine start at 236000 and end at 755000 it was 339000 untill e4 moved make sure you are scanning the right symbol rate for your area 6887 for pure or 6952 for tw
