Channels on eurovox ex1100

Hi all.
Still a bit of a newb and was wondering if someone could give me some idea what channels i willl get on the eurovox ex1100 (when i get it) after i have updated the firmware.
Thanks in advance for the help and sorry if there is another post or somewhere else i should look the a point in the right direction.

Sorry i forgot to say I am with Virgin (not sure if that makes a diff)

when the firmware has loaded, you will be able to get all of the channels that Vermin offer in your area, including, Sports, Asian, Movie and Adult channels.

If you live in or around Leeds however you will get nothing, so save your money.
