Interesting problem guys, any chance of letting us know how it was resolved?

After some great advice from 'chic.' it was simple (once you knew)!

Turned it off then back on whilst holding the 'favourites' button on remote. I was then able to select a different 'favourite.

I must have somehow locked the group that the box was in?
