eurovox ex7000 crap softwear why ???

why is i been over a year now and the softwear can not sort out channel list i used to have a eurovox ex 5000 pvr and the channel line up was great also i have to upload my channel list but i ant happenig any help would be great and what about nagra2-3 will this be able to cope with it

I am ex cw area and the March firmware worked great for me with sorting favs and channels when I had my ex7000. The latest beta firmware was introduced to address problems in pure NTHELL areas. Eurovox are not going to spend anything now on supporting any of our boxes when NONE of them will work with N3 including ex7000hd.
