do a factory reset then a scan with no splitters in, your not in the leeds area by any chance r u ?

Thanks for your reply...When i put on the new firmware..the syatem resets...is that not a factory reset or is there another way of doing this?

if i remember right its menu-config-cleardata-ok-code 0000- factory default-ok then do a scan, and are u in the leeds area ?
