How do I open `EURO - VOX MAX` download?

Can anyone advise how I would open the `EURO - VOX MAX ` Firmware, because when I download it, a prompt says it cant open.

After unplugging and then plugging back in Eurobox, it seems to have mended itself! Thanks.
