IR Sensor

Does any one know what IR sensor is in the Eurovox EX1000 SL

Or what is the carrier frequency eg 38kHz and the typical wavelength eg 950nm.

I have a what i think is a faulty IR sensor soldered joints are ok.

The box is not a clone as it was purchaced the 2 nd week the boxes first came on the market.

the ir reciever you need is 38KHZ (HX1838) but any IR at 38KHZ will sort it.
