Newbie to Eurovox EX1100usb HELP PLEASE

Hello everyone.

I am new in here so please bear with me if I make mistakes.

I have just joined the Eurovox world but am having trouble already. I purchased a Eurovox EX1100usb thinking it would be easy to use. I cannot get it to work at all. It comes on but says all the channels are scrammbled. The instructions provided with it are useless and to add to my misery, I'm not very good on a computer. So after a 'google search' I came up with this site. I hope there are a lot of kind people out there that can help a 'Granny' with her technical problems.

have you tried flashing it yet ?

hi if you have not flashed your eurovox then it will not work . if not follow the steps on top of the forum on how to flash a eurovox
