hey guys i have a major problem with my eurovox like nearly every1 i have come across ,

my main concern is when i do any type of scan no channels are found! i have updated the firmware to the sept update, plzz help

Firmware -EX1100USB_SEP01

do you have a live connection
did you scan on the correct symbolrate (according to area doc Reading = 6887)
