hi peeps i have down loaded the latest firmware put it onto a usb memory stick,it is the only file on there, the file is named flash.tbn. i have done a factory reset then switched it off at the back, inserted the usb stick then turned the box back on, the memory stick flashes but i am not getting it saying its updating the software or the counter ? although when i do a scan it finds all the channels but is still showing scrambled signals any ideas would be appreciated tried same thing several times and same result im in kent and know my couzins is working fine not too far away! even tried same thing at his house with the same result now we both baffled thanks
