Ex1000sl Channels missing Please help

hi, i have a ex1000sl and have flashed it with the latest firmware, i have connected it up correctly and scanned on 6.887 symbol rate witch is correct for Harlow. i get 87% signal rate, but only find about 14 tp's and am missing lots of channels, i also get about 15 - 20 duplicates of bbc1 and the same with itv1.

Can anyone help, could it be a firmware problem, has any one seen this before...

i have tried deep scan and changed symbol rates, i have installed about 10 box's in the past and never seen this problem...

I have also check all my cables and and connections and they seem fine.

PLEASE HELP.....

Hi m8 remove all splitters do a factory reset delete all channels then deep scan on the symbol rate for your area

Hi thanks for you reply, I tried that and still no joy, it is very strange because i have full signal but still same problem... Could this be a fault with the firmware?... unfortunatly i dont have a pc to reflash the box only a mac...

who is your provider most of Yorkshire are gone to nag3 are you in that area ?

dont think its a firmware problem if it was i dont think you would get any channels can you try it on another feed , ie a neighour's .

I am in Harlow Essex, tried both symbol rates just in case and still no joy... im going to try a and remove the splitter outside mi house that the provider installed but it will have to be temporary as that feeds my neighbors house.... just cant work it out...

Hi can anyone help me i just got a sv5 can anyone tell me where to get the latest firmware. and what ever else i need to do
