eurovox max v

i have a eurovox max v black box and it as got software version for 2007 .it keeps saying no signal even if yu put new codes every time its not working at all i thing it needs new software please help

if its saying no signal then its not the firmware check your feed is in the rf in and all your connections are tight and do you pay subs to vm for tv or broadband your not in leeds are you

If you want to know what software you have on your box go into the menu,click on config. then on system information ...the second box down tells you whats installed on your box ....on mine for instance it says this

1.0 ST4 Apr 18 2008 ....
